Morvarid “Pearl” Monsef-Jourabchi, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant with a clinical background in emergency medicine and primary care.

Pearl began her career in emergency medicine, where she cared for patients across a wide range of ages and clinical presentations, from minor illnesses and injuries to complex and emergent conditions. Her experience in the emergency department strengthened her clinical decision-making skills and taught her the importance of remaining thorough, compassionate, and attentive to each patient’s individual concerns. She later transitioned into primary care, where she expanded her experience managing both acute and chronic conditions while developing meaningful, ongoing relationships with her patients.

Throughout her career, Pearl has been passionate about helping patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care. She has developed a particular interest in otolaryngology and enjoys helping patients address conditions that can significantly affect everyday quality of life, including their ability to breathe, hear, sleep, and feel their best. She values taking the time to educate patients about their conditions and working collaboratively with them to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Outside of work, Pearl enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her family, friends, and her animals. She especially enjoys exploring the Southwest.
