Crystal Otero-Griffith, CNP

Crystal Otero-Griffith is a certified nurse practitioner proudly serving patients at the National Sinus Institute. A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Crystal brings a deep commitment to her local community, focusing on improving her patients’ quality of life through expert care in ear, nose, and throat health.

Crystal earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, and is nationally accredited through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She began her NP career in urgent care medicine and direct primary care, where she prioritized whole-body wellness and took pride in truly listening to her patients’ concerns. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she gained extensive experience in emergency medicine as a registered nurse, working in fast-paced, high-acuity settings.

At the National Sinus Institute, Crystal is excited to bring her compassionate, patient-centered approach to ENT care. She is dedicated to helping individuals find relief and long-term solutions for sinus and airway conditions.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her two children, cheering them on in their sports activities, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband through fishing and hunting. She also loves winding down with a good book.
