Conner is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing thoughtful, compassionate care and building meaningful, lasting relationships with his patients. A Utah native born in Gunnison, Utah, he earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. Throughout his nursing and advanced-practice career, Conner has cared for patients in a variety of settings, including urgent care, family medicine, home health, oncology, and palliative care. These experiences have shaped his approach to medicine and reinforced his belief that excellent healthcare begins with truly listening to patients and understanding their individual needs.

Conner is excited to bring his patient-centered approach to National Sinus Institute. Having trained and worked in the Tooele area, he is especially grateful for the opportunity to serve the local community. He takes the time to listen, educate, and help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care, with the goal of making every patient feel heard, respected, and well cared for.

Outside of work, Conner enjoys spending time with his wife and their dogs and making the most of Utah’s outdoors. He enjoys hiking, backpacking, and snowboarding, as well as traveling and experiencing new places. When he’s not outside or exploring somewhere new, he also enjoys making pottery, taking care of his yard and garden, or enjoying a good book.
